 Social issue in our Film Narrative 

Along with other social issues like discrimination against women, Race, lower class. Discrimination against disabled individuals is a pressing matter that has been going on since forever. Since generations disabled people are labelled as Abnormal, since society deems everything that looks different or uncommon to them deviant. So to bring attention to this overlooked issue we decided to base our storyline around disabled teens. To show what hardships and challenges disabled kids have to endure growing up. 

In my opinion the most concerning issue is the lack of knowledge In society especially in Pakistan when is comes to disabilities and mental health. More times than so when a child is born with a disability they wouldn't know it and often times just think the child is slow when they're showing their symptoms. 

The lack of awareness when it comes to disabilities is what got me interested in child psychology because by the time someone realises their suffering from a disability its more likely late to treat it. A lot of mental disabilities can be controlled when the child is developing. 

Another big issue in our society is that people fear if others find out that they're or someone they know is mentally struggling or have a disability or disorder they might get labelled as " crazy". So to avoid that they don't try to seek for professional help. That later worsens for them.  

To highlight this overwhelming issue we decided to spin our narrative around it. We made it so our target audience that is teenagers feel connected to our film
