❁Favorite movie openings

While picking a movie to watch I always opt for 90's rom-coms. They usually have a dramatic opening with  bold title fonts and intense editing which is very attention grabbing.

For example a very popular rom-com is " how to loose a guy in 10 days"  Which follows the same pattern and in the opening the girl is shown in a pink lighting while the guy is shown in a blue lighting. This is a very popular color contrast but it shows their different personalities (blue and pink) but somehow they work well together.

 90's movies also used to use theme songs to introduce different characters. For example in "10 things I hate about u' the sisters are polar opposites so they introduced the younger sister with a pop song to her soft side while the older sister was introduced by a rock song, matching her character aesthetic
