We decided to make a map of our final project to make sure everyone in the group is on the same page and understand our project according to it. Sarib made a mind map using the app miro that our media teacher recommended. He showed us how to make it in class and helped us starting. It was useful as is it gave us a better inside for the micro-elements that we'll be using in our film and all the group members can contribute and edit the map as well.  The mind map:
